Research at Peptide Chemistry

Our group is mainly interested in syntheses of modified peptides. We have developed a synthesis of peptide antigene carriers on polyethylene glycols. Both, chemical and enzymatical detachment were employed in final cleavage steps [ref]. Succesful, touch of acridine peptide chemistry was acheived. We can moderate 9-aminoacridine affinity for nucleic acids [ref], as well as, select compounds which may prevent interaction of DNA and prion peptide [ref].
